She was predeceased by: her parents, Rachel Elizabeth and William Randolph Reilly (Joseph Cicco); and her brother Charles Randolph Reilly. She is survived by: her children, Tracy Cicco Oxner (Earle) of Mt. Laurel, NJ and Joseph William Cicco (Jean Beyer) of Princeton, NJ; her grandchildren, Nicole McNally (William) of Tabernacle, NJ, David DiGuiseppi (Darryl Saull) of Cherry Hill, NJ and Rachel Cloud of Mt. Laurel, NJ.; her great grandchildren, William and Kathryn McNally of Tabernacle, NJ; her sister Elizabeth Anne Taggart (James) of Congers, NY; and her goddaughter Theresa Lalime.
