She was predeceased by: her parent George Loso; her husband Frank Kochick; and her siblings, Helen Lucina, Elizabeth Kara, Ann Gill, Louis Kochick, George Kochick and Joseph Kochick.
She is survived by: her friend Dorothy; her parent Mary Loso; her son Guy Kochick; her daughter-in-law Chery Kochick; her daughter Michelle Orlick; her son-in-law John Orlick; her grandchildren, Bradley, Jessica, Joseph Kochick and Elijah Orlick; and also Mary. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
