(Christopher Evans) and Scott (Lissa Perritt); her grandchildren, Christopher Ward, Andrew Ward, Brian Ward, Erich Jakober (Gina), Alexander Jakober (Melissa), Kirstin Jakober, Andrew Evans, Douglas Evans, Caroline Evans, Ashley Perritt Kourgalis (Jonathan), Jamie Perritt and Bryce Perritt; and her great grandchildren, Nathan, Christian and Ian Jakober.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to St. David's Episcopal Church.
