He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Diefenbach and Gertrude Diefenbach (Pullen); and his sister-in-law Dolores. He is survived by: his brothers-in-law, John Henry and Justin; his wife Lois Diefenbach (Schillace); his children, Stacy (David Mitchell), Lesley (Victor Mazza) and Joseph Diefenbach (Jaymee); his grandchildren, Devon, Fallon, Kassidy, Mazza and Leo Diefenbach; his stepgrandchildren, David and Emily Mitchell; his brothers, Joseph Diefenbach (Jeri) and Jared Diefenbach (Ana); and his sister-in-law Jean (Richard McGuire). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
