He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Costello and Ann Costello-Wszolek; his father-in-law Carl Newman; and his nephew Jimmy Costello. He is survived by: his sons, Joseph M. Costello (Lisa M. Costello) and Michael A. Costello (Lisa T. Costello); his grandchildren, Amelia, Violet, Zachary and Ryan; his siblings, Luanne (Rick Radke) and Jim (Debbie Costello); his nieces and nephews, Melissa, Carissa, Brian, Michael and Taylor; his mother-in-law Regina Newman; his sister-in-law Debra Miller; and also Eva M. Costello (Newman). He is also survived by cousins and several great nieces and great nephews along with many close friends.
