He is survived by: his wife Linda Applegate; his children, Brian Applegate (Nicole) and Karen Mitchell (Daniel); his grandchildren, Ava Applegate, Matthew Applegate and Wyatt Mitchell; and his siblings, Donald Applegate (Donna), Robert Applegate (Sui) and Linda Jean Applegate. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
