She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Burtis Church and Alice Paul Church; her brother Thomas Burtis Church Jr.; her husbands, Frederick Potts and George Spundarelli; and her son Frederick J. Potts.
She is survived by: her children, Irene (Jack) and Tom (Antonietta); her grandchildren, Tommy (Rachel), Allyson and Danielle (Jay); and her great grandchildren, Lucas and Cassidy.
