He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Siegel and Ruth Siegel. He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Siegel (Kammers); his daughter Jessica Humeny (Gage); and his siblings, Gregory Siegel (Jo Nita Adams), Dean Siegel (Grace) and Pattiann Kletz (Thomas). He is also survived by in laws, nieces, nephews and cousins.
