He was predeceased by: his mother Frances "Ellie" Heyesey; and his sister Patricia Janiszewski. He is survived by: his wife Marianne Heyesey; his children, Kelly Heyesey and Brian; his daughter-in-law Leanne Heyesey; his grandchildren, Taylor, Thomas and Evelyn Heyesey; and his siblings-in-law, Henry Janiszewski, Jacqueline, Brad Preston, Dr. Frank and Cathy Hewins. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
