In the sacred silence of farewell, Shirley Claire is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Shirley Claire's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Samuel T Hirsch; her brother Howard Walode; and her parents, Morris Walode and Rose Walode.
The family requests memorial donations be made in her memory to the American Heart Association, Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, and St. Jude's Hospital.
