He was predeceased by: his sisters, Kathleen McMackin and Barbara Matto; his parents, Eugene McMackin and Bernice McMackin; and his nephew Kevin McMackin.
He is survived by: his wife Carol; the father of his child Eugene McMackin Jr. (Kathy); his daughters, Kathleen Key (Roy), Anne-Marie Elsberry (David), Elizabeth Yannette (Michael) and Catherine; and his brothers, Robert McMackin (Cathy) and Barry McMackin (Lisa). He is also survived by his eleven grandchildren, one great granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center.
