It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E. Dominiczak (Allendale, New Jersey), who passed away on July 29, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his siblings, Thaddaeus, Chester, Raymond and Regina Zilenski. He is survived by: his wife Eileen A.; his children, Joseph Dominiczak, Mary Dominiczak, Regina Danza and Ann Donnelly; his children-in-law, Virginia Dominiczak, James Danza and Robert Donnelly; his grandchildren, Anthony, Tara, Jessica, Jake, Sean, Luke, Todd and Celeste; and his great grandchildren, Maxwell and Samuel. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks for memorial donations to the Center for Autism Research (CAR) at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
