She was predeceased by: her husband Robert McDowell; her granddaughter Cynthia McDowell; and her sister Elizabeth. She is survived by: her children, Robert Jr., Donna, Richard (Maria), Diane and John (Kathryn); her grandchildren, Laurie, Vanessa Grimaldi, Cheryl Sorochynskyj (Stephan), Kerry Ann Thurston (Lewis), Krista Michel (Kenneth), Ahren, Erika, Michael (Carly), Christopher, Bryan (Stephanie), Ashley Aselin (Matt), Amber, Mary and John Hrbáč (Lukas); her great grandchildren, Billy, Sophia, Joshua, Taylor, Travis, Serena, Jennavieve, Theodore, Emilia, Maddie, Riley and James Thomas; and her siblings, Robert, Joseph, Lillian, Pauline, William and John.
