He was predeceased by: his wife Constance E. (Conway); and his siblings, Joseph, Tom, Mary and Margaret.
He is survived by: his children, Michael J. Walsh (Catherine), Robert E. Walsh (Kate), James Walsh (Emily), Susan Walsh and Carolyn Lightner; his grandchildren, Emily, Catherine, Kenneth Walsh, Alison, Oliver Walsh, Kyle, Christian Lightner, Griffin and Claire Walsh; his great grandchildren, Finn and Peter; and his siblings, John T. Walsh, Patricia Downey, Kay Gale and Rita Walsh. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
