He was predeceased by: his wife Roberta Stevens; his parents, Leroy Stevens and Ellen Stevens; and his brother Ronnie Stevens. He is survived by: his children, Yvonne (Steve), Sherri, Debi (Ralph), William Jr. (Donna) and Robert (Gina). He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
