He was predeceased by: his parents, Celia Berkovitz and Solomon Berkovitz. He is survived by: his significant other Margie; his sons, Daniel Berk and Rudy Berk (Sharon); his grandchildren, Max Berk-Wakeman, Lucille and Fiona Berk; his siblings-in-law, Janie Feldman and David Soltz (Debby); his daughter Sally Ann; and his siblings, Herbert Berkovitz and Florence Lippman (Nathan Lippman). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
