He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Alice, Art Bleazard, Tom and Marge Wrigley; and his uncle Scott.
He is survived by: his parents, Robert G. Bleazard (Bob) and Carol Bleazard; his sister Lori Shannon-Estadt (Glenn); his nephew Ryan; and his niece Sarah. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles and cousins.
