She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Costabile and Neil Costabile; her son Tommy; her siblings, Louie, Jimmy, Neil, Frank and Barbara; and her niece Kristin.

She is survived by: her siblings, Rosemarie and Edward; her grandchildren, Gabriella and Tommy; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara Costabile, Kathy Costabile, Carol Costabile, Marylou Costabile and Betty Costabile. She is also survived by her loving nieces and nephews, cousins and many loyal friends.
