It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lawrence C Burd (Absecon, New Jersey), born in Tuckerton, New Jersey, who passed away on April 13, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Malcolm R. Burd Sr. and Anna E. Driscoll Burd; and his siblings, Shirley Whealton and Malcolm R. Burd Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Joanne C. Heinsohn Burd; his daughters, Susan Lescure (Clark), Emily Kathleen Burd, Laura Tangney (William) and Lisa Burd; his grandchildren, Rebecca Lescure, Sandra Fluellen (Jamar) and Quinn Malcolm Tangney; his great grandchildren, Madison Grace, Alexis Grace and Kira Fluellen; his nephews, Keith Whealton (Kim), Kevin Whealton (Pat), Otto Patrick Bochow and Joseph Bochow; and his niece Karen Bryant (Randy).
