He is survived by: his daughter-in-law Frank Adam Sych; his stepdaughters, Shawna, Erin and Lesley; his brother Manfred Prochaska; his sister-in-law Dogmar Prochaska; his grandchildren, Cody and Jesse; his nieces and nephews, Cosima, Adam Jr., Matthew, Sasha, Oliver and Natalie; his significant other Marlene Halvorson; his friend Bob Hope; and also, Dennis Sych and June Sych.
In lieu of flowers, contributions to the funeral home to help offset funeral expenses would be appreciated.
