He is survived by: his parents, Digna Lugo and Jose Lugo; and his brother Miguel Lugo.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Greenidge Funeral Homes, Inc. (301 Absecon Blvd, Atlantic City, NJ 08401).
