It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Nancy Eileen Partington (Woodsville, New Hampshire), born in East Bridgewater, Massachusetts, who passed away on November 23, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lawrence Raymond and Edith Irene Raymond (Vincent); her former husband William G. Cowell, Sr.; her husband Richard J. Partington, Sr.; her children, William G. Cowell, Jr., Paula C. Reynolds of Fort Myers, FL, Prudence C. Kaiser (Stephen) of Bath, NH and Jeffrey E. Cowell of Woodsville; and her siblings, Joanne Anderson of Silver Spring, MD, Sandra Raymond of Charleston, WV, Sallie Butler of Buzzards Bay, MA and Charles "Skee" Raymond of Orient, OH. She was also cherished by nine grandchildren and nineteen great grandchildren.
