She was predeceased by: her father Hollis Cole; her brothers, Jon Cole and Craig Cole; and her husband Carlton "Tommy" Day. She is survived by: her friend Tommy Day; her siblings, Todd Cole (Suzanne), Timothy Cole (Kathy), Jack Cole (Debbie), Susan Fiello (Tom), Diane Perlowski (Roland) and Holly Cole; her children, David DeForest, Matthew DeForest (Allison), Kyle DeForest (MaryAnn) and Jennifer Rugar (James); her grandchildren, Jessica Matusewicz, Kealy DeForest, Ashley DeForest, Kilby Brunner DeForest, Sydney Butler (Tristan Charles) and Alexander Butler; and her great grandchildren, Hailey Clark and Maeve Charles. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews, cousins and friends, including her dear friend.
