He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Page and Iona Thurley Page (Gray); and his brothers, Carwin F. Page, Gordon W. Page and Donald R. Page.
He is survived by: his wife Patty Page of Ryegate; his children, Debra G. Thresher (Allen, Jr.) of Peacham, VT and Christopher H. Page of Williston, VT; his grandchildren, David A. Hart, Jr. (Wendy), Erica L. Hart and Cole C. Page; his sister-in-law Sue Page of Idaho; and his pet Taz. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
