He was predeceased by: his father David Kozuch; his brother David Scott Kozuch; and his stepsister Sammantha Gregory-Cruger. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Kozuch (Downer); his daughters, Aubrianna Kozuch and Amanda Kozuch; his grandchildren, Paityn and Jameson Senoski; his mother Linda Gregory (Sam); his stepmother Katrina Kozuch; his grandmother Frances Kozuch; his stepchildren, Brian and Mariah Mallett; his siblings, Daniel, Kystle, Jared, Regi and Keleigh Kozuch; and his stepbrother Nick Gregory. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
