He was predeceased by: his parents, Bunhorn Chan and Su Chan. He is survived by: his children, Pisey Leavitt (David) of Methuen, MA, Pisoth "Joey" Sar (Chanty Chau) of Lowell, MA, Lisah "Pisak" Sar-Frederic (Kedar) of Methuen, MA and Visothona "Tony" Sar of Lawrence, MA.; his siblings, Mao Chan (Hoeub Thai) of East Boston, MA and Noeurn Dom (Yoeurn Lim) of Revere, MA; and his former spouse Vary Sam of Methuen, MA.. He is also survived by many grandchildren, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, and grand-nephews.
