He was predeceased by: his parents, Claire Stenbeck and Eva Cameron Stenbeck; and his siblings, Roy, Carol, Ricke and Wendy.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Stenbeck (Smith); his daughter Samantha Choinski (Kevin) of Atkinson, NH; his grandchildren, Madison and Marshall; his sister Nancy Johnson; and his siblings-in-law, Bok Stenbeck, Tom Smith and Jean Moulton (Peter). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Svante's memory to the National Audubon Society.
