He is survived by: his wife Anne Abel (Lydon) of Windham, NH.; his children, Michael, Amanda Abel of Portland, OR, Karen, Jim Nelson of Clifton Park, NY, Donna Abel of Ocala, FL, Jeanne Hardin of Silver Springs, FL and Jacqueline Abel of Ocala, FL.; his stepchildren, Gerald Easter, Mara Vorhees of Somerville, MA, Susan Easter of Gulfport, FL, Kathleen Easter of Manhattan, NY and Linda Self of Gulfport, FL; and his siblings, Diane Gangi of Andover, MA, Richard Abel of Newburyport, MA, Janice Beanland of Pelham, NH, Kathy Wood of Bradford, MA, Susan Guilmette of Bradford, MA, Paul Abel of Rockport, MA and Mark Abel of Goffstown, NH.. He is also survived by Several Grandchildren, Great Grandchildren, and many Nieces and Nephews.
