She is survived by: her husband Thomas Joseph Case Sr.; her children, Barbara Case of Windham, NH and Thomas J. Case Jr. (Tammy M. Hwang) of Wilton, CT; and her grandchildren, Cameron and Quentin. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
