He is survived by: his wife Judy; his children, Kathy (Jim Harvey), Cheryl (Kevin Francis) and Thomas Duke (Toni Lynn Pakus); his grandchildren, Courtney Duke, Jaimee (Daniel Bogart), Kevin Harvey (Amir Mojahed), Alyssa (Joseph Thibault), Derek Francis and Sydney Francis; and his great grandchild Emery Bogart.
