We are sad to announce that on December 31, 2023, at the age of 81, Douglass M. Jack of Windham, New Hampshire, born in Melrose, Massachusetts passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, George and Alice Jack (Tebeau); and his sister Heather Jack. He is survived by: his wife Jane Jack (Wells) of Windham; his children, George Jack (Jennifer) of Concord, NH and Heather Larochelle of Manchester; his granddaughters, Andrea, Olivia, Isabella and Madeline; his siblings, James Jack (Katherine) of Peabody, MA and Nola Bennett (James) of Newburyport, MA; and his friend Paul Jean. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
