He was predeceased by: his children, Raymond Arthur Haley, Jr and Denine Haley; and his brother Bernard "Peter" Haley. He is survived by: his wife Noreen Agoes of Goldsboro, NC; his siblings, Reginald Haley of Winchester, NH and Corinne Miles of Grafton, VT; and his stepchildren, Lori Benn of Goldsboro, NC, Toni Martin of Rathdrum, ID and Noreen Kumar of Phoenix, AZ. He is also survived by eight grandsons; two granddaughters; and one great-granddaughter.
