With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Louise Rice of Winchester, New Hampshire, who passed away on July 2, 2022 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Penny and Marion Penny (Palmer); her sons, Ronald Rice (Maxine) of Hinsdale, NH and Mark Rice of Winchester; her brother David Penny of Wasilla, Alaska.; and her husband Charles O. Rice. She was also cherished by five grandchildren.
