She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Raymond Penny and Marion Penny (Palmer); her sons, Ronald Rice (Maxine) of Hinsdale, NH and Mark Rice of Winchester; her brother David Penny of Wasilla, Alaska.; and her husband Charles O. Rice. She was also cherished by five grandchildren.
