He was predeceased by: his father Michael J. Rule. He is survived by: his mother Charlotte E. Rule (Noel); his father-in-law Richard Lindgren; and his sisters, Laura Judd (Robert) of Aberdeen, MD. and Michaela Ervin. He is also survived by uncles, aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
