We are sad to announce that on April 13, 2022, at the age of 84, Joseph Francis McCarthy Jr. of Winchester, New Hampshire passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Margaret McCarthy, (Nemet) and Joseph F. McCarthy, Sr.; his daughters, Margaret M. "Peggy" Higgins of Keene, Laura L. Aivaliotis (Steven) of Winchester, Pamela M. Strachan (Douglas) of Fishers, IN and Kelly A. Alessi (Michael) of Gresham, OR; his grandchildren, Ronald Higgins, Rebecca Higgins, Sara Dingman (Ed), Bethany LaClaire, Allison Murray (Nick), Alethea Aivaliotis, Owen Aivaliotis, Kelsey Strachan, Kyle Strachan, Rachel Bemis, Christine Trombley and Megan Trombley; his sister Frances MacLean (Donald) of Franklin, MA; his close friend Patricia Aivaliotis; his sister Margaret McCarthy; and his grandson Steven Joseph Aivaliotis. He was also cherished by thirteen great-grandchildren.
