He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Diane; his son Joshua of Wilton; his siblings, John Portnoy of Wellfleet, Massachusetts and Elizabeth Carreiro of Duxbury, Massachusetts; his niece Emily Carreiro; his nephews, Eben Portnoy, Caleb Portnoy and Jamie Carreiro; his son Jonathan; and his parents, Waltham Portnoy and Mary Portnoy of New Bedford.
