He was predeceased by: his mother Clara Casady; his stepfather Elton Casady; his father Thomas Patrick Herlihy; his brothers, Dan and Michael Casady; and his son Christopher Thomas Herlihy.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Herlihy (Trafton); his daughters, Lori Dick (Herlihy) and Kathryn (Darrell Gerry); his grandchildren, Christopher Gerry (Alexandra), Haley Coffey (Francis) and Parker Dick; and his great grandchildren, Levi and Gavin Coffey.
