It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Sheila Bay Harvey (Wilton, New Hampshire), born in Wilmington, Delaware, who passed away on February 28, 2023, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Beaux Kisielewski; and her sister Karen Harvey. She is survived by: her husband Donat Bay; her daughters, Lucia Bay (Will Schmenner), Sarah Bay (Sam Blair), Kristin Bay (Kiki Post) and Galina Bay Schwab (David Schwab); her grandchildren, Celina Kisielewski, Justin Pagan, Rex Schwab, Josephine Bay, Dylan Blair, Max Schwab, Willie Mae Bay and Nora Blair; and her brother James Harvey. She is also survived by her five children, and her joy for her family only grew as her grandchildren.
