He was predeceased by: his parent Frances Tupaj. He is survived by: his wife Ludwika Jakowicz (Lucy); his children, Danuta (Donna), Teresa Tupaj Wood (David), Henry Tupaj Jr. (Melinda), Donna Brooks (Caleb) and Andrew Tupaj (Paulette); his grandchildren, Iris, Wyatt and Sage Wood; his children, Ryan, Megan Tupaj and Oliver Brooks; and his siblings, Maria Kondratowicz and John Tupaj.
