He was predeceased by: his parents, Elizabeth Moore, (McRae) and Robert W. Moore, Sr.; and his son Kenneth Moore. He is survived by: his wife Elaine Moore (Blanchard); his children, Ann Green, Linda Moore, Roberta "Birdie" Rokes, Robert "Bob" Moore, III, James Moore and Michael Moore; his stepchildren, Kevin Wheeler and Kelly Darling-Snow; his sister Mary Matthews (Moore); his grandchildren, Jennifer, Troy, Sarah and Trisha; his great grandchildren, Kyle, Jarrod, Marcus, Wyatt and Jayden; and his great great grandchildren, Jackson and Haizlynn.
