It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joyce Arlene Cate of Westmoreland, New Hampshire, born in Plymouth, Massachusetts, who passed away on March 28, 2024, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifden Devine and Pauline Devine (Wood). She is survived by: her husband Richard Cate of Westmoreland; and her sister Robin Devine of Hampton, NH.
