He was predeceased by: his parents, Florence Miller (Weldy) and John J. Miller; and his siblings, Miriam Good, Leora Zimmerman and Larry Miller.
He is survived by: his wife Sally A. Miller (Senecal) of Westmoreland; his daughter Jodi L. Scanlan (Kevin) of Westmoreland; his sister Phyllis Mast (Vernon) of Amelia, VA.; and his grandchildren, Leigh Cogan (Michael) of Fayetteville, AR., Ethan Scanlan of Billerica, MA., Lauren Bisson (John) of Bellows Falls, VT., Erin Scanlan of Westmoreland and Laina Scanlan of Westmoreland. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Keene Church of Christ or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
