It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Carol Higgins (Westmoreland, New Hampshire), born in Winchendon, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 20, 2020, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Richards and Margaret Richards (Finn); her daughters, Jennifer Sandquist of Antrim and Maureen Payne of Bennington; her grandchildren, Matthew, Hannah, Justin and Tristan; her great grandchild Kason; her sister Nancy Deese; her husband Clarence Higgins, Jr.; and her siblings, Margaret Thomasetti and Francis Richards. She was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Carol's memory to The Jaffrey Bible Church, 133 Turnpike Road, Jaffrey, NH 03452.
