Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Margaret Smead of West Swanzey, New Hampshire, born in Stetson, Maine, who passed away at the age of 94, on September 19, 2022. She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Curtis and Lillian Curtis (Haskell) of West Swanzey; and her husband Claude Smead of West Swanzey. She is survived by: her daughter Lorna Zabaleta (Daniel) of Swanzey, NH; her grandchildren, David Zabaleta of Osterville, MA and Lynn Zabaleta of Silver Spring, MD; her great grandchildren, Kyle and Robin Zabaleta of Centerville, MA; her sister Philla-Mae Morris of Inverness, FL; and also Claude. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
