Morton Leavitt; her children, Scott Leavitt of Conway, NH and Laurie Lewis Bain of Bailey, CO.; her grandchildren, Joshua Stout, Kylie Lewis, Kennah Leavitt and Ryan Leavitt; her great grandchildren, Sawyer, Brady and Bruin Stout; her daughter Amanda Grey of Milan, NH; her sister-in-law Diane Whipple of Spring Hill, FL.; and her siblings, Mary Jane Doherty of Wayland, MA, Steven Bellerose of Spotsylvania, VA and Rita Whittum of Ossipee, NH..

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital, an organization Mary Ann felt strongly about.
