Isabel McCarthy Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Judge John J. O'Brien and Catherine H. O'Brien; and her siblings, Anne O'Brien and John O'Brien. She is survived by: her husband Mike Mccarthy; her children, Michael McCarthy (Kristen) of Doylestown, Quechee, Susan McCarthy (Sheila) of Wilder and Sheila Loatman (David) of Mechanicville; her grandchildren, Isabel (Ryan Aguirre), Fiona, Will McCarthy, Sheila McCarthy, Bailey, Evie, Riley and Sophie Loatman; her sister Susan Pitiger of Norwich; and her siblings-in-law, Bob Pitiger and Joan O'Brien of Minnesota.

To honor her caring for those in need, the family recommends donations to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
