Francis Harlow Obituary
We are sad to announce that on May 30, 2023, at the age of 78, Francis Harlow of West Lebanon, New Hampshire, born in Windsor, Vermont passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Elwin C. Harlow; his siblings, Mary Delorey and Edward Harlow; and his mother-in-law Elizabeth Dutille. He is survived by: his wife Jane E. Dutille; his niece Donna Fountaine (Butch); his siblings, Richard Harlow (Irene) and Joan Schwabe; his father-in-law Chester Dutille; and his brothers-in-law, John Dutille and Jim Dutille (Cindy). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
