She was predeceased by: her parents, Frederick Carter and Ellen Carter (Rayno); her husband Ernest Reeves; and her brother Philip Carter (Patsy). She is survived by: her former husband Roger W. Smith; her children, Jill Chase (Gregory) of Hartland, VT, Cindy Fountain (Norman) of Bradford, VT, Julie Edwards (George) of Chatsworth, GA, Randy Reeves (Susan Ogden) of Thetford, VT and Cathy Carter (Brian) of North Springfield, VT; her sister Ruth Ellis (Harold); her sister-in-law Patsy Carter of Canaan, NH; and her stepdaughter Lisa Fellows (Allen) of Croydon, NH. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; several great-grandchildren, many cousins, nieces, nephews, and countless friends.
