He is survived by: his children, David Rowney (Coreene) of Tyler Tx, Ellen Rowney Schultz (Kevin) of Washington, NC, Steven Rowney of Rollinsford, NH and Teresa Rowney Stebbins (Kurt) of Rockledge, FL; his son-in-law Eric Miller of Rochester, NH.; and his grandchildren, Christopher Miller, Alex Miller, Ryan Miller, Julia Schultz, William Schultz and Brittany Stebbins.
