He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Maurice Downing and Viola Downing (Boucher); his wife Linda Downing (Nixon) of Berwick, ME; his children, Rodney Downing of Berwick, ME, David Downing, Sherry of Gilmanton Ironworks, NH, Jonathan Downing (Amy) of Londonderry, NH and Mary Downing (Darren Guay) of South Berwick, ME; and his grandchildren, Emily Downing, Michaela Downing and Nina Guay.
